Service Description
Zone up to 700 sq. ft. (i.e. medium hotel suite, medium courtyard, rooftop, etc.) • 150–300 flickering flameless candles — pillars, taper & votives • 2,000 rose petals (real or silk) • Two dozen roses or one custom floral arrangement0 • Personalized curated music playlist looped on speaker • Ice bucket & wine or champagne glasses provided • Personalized logistics plan • 2–3 hour setup • Retrieval of candles and decor arranged up to 24 hours later
Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking date and hold your time slot. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your setup. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations made more than seven days before your booking date. Cancellations within seven days are non-refundable, though we will do our best to reschedule at no additional charge when notice is given at least 72 hours in advance.
