This had to be the best place we have stayed at and we travel a lot! From the communication to the place itself, everything was perfect! The decor and style was very romantic, gorgeous, and it had a New Orleans feel to it. You could have a romantic dinner at the dining table, watch a romantic movie while relaxing on the cozy couch, or have a candlelit romantic spa evening in the big garden tub while reading one of the many books available to read. Even the balcony was cozy and romantic. When the lights are turned out and all of the flameless candle lights and fireplace is turned on you are in total awe! This place is truly unique! Melissa has thought of everything to make her guests feel welcome. From the detailed instructions for all the devices, to all the toiletries, detailed welcome book, bath robes, books, built in sound system, phonograph, snacks, etc. we had everything we could want. The couches, chairs, and bed were very comfortable. We will certainly be staying again!

Right when we walk in we were left in disbelief!
From the candles lit, how spotless it was and the beautiful view!
The apartment was so beautifully decorated as well, nothing like I ever seen!
It was our birthday trip and Melissa left us a little surprise 🫶🏼 which we never had a host do anything like that for us ❤️ she was very kind and responsive and had great recommendations.
The bed was so comfortable and also enjoyed the bubble bath with the flat screen. Definitely making this our getaway spot 😉

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to for this property&host. First I want to preface; The pictures do not do this AirBnB any justice. As soon as I walked in I had to message the host because it was breathtaking. My partner and I spent Valentines Day weekend here and Melissa had rose petals on the bed, a snack tray full of treats and a heart shape box of chocolate 😍 The ambience, the aroma, the esthetics, the attention to detail. Chefs kiss. Location was perfect; lots of great restaurants, beautiful park to stroll through, private and secure. The bed was super comfy, no dip in the middle. Linens were to die for. The robes & slippers were a nice touch but the toiletry bag she made was everything! Melissa had any and everything you could think of for an amazing stay! We will definitely be back!

let me start by saying pictures don’t do justice for how beautiful this home is! from walking in to snacks, drinks, and birthday card i was over the moon! every bit of detail was well thought out and it was so beautiful looking at everything! i think i’ll be talking to about this home for the rest of my life<3

I had an amazing stay! The gothic theme was beautifully done and made the property feel unique, cozy, and full of character. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, creating a memorable atmosphere without sacrificing comfort. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our visit. If you're looking for something different from the typical Airbnb experience, this place is a true gem. I would absolutely stay here again!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Melissa made our stay feel like a vacation abroad! The photos truly do not do this listing justice, it is so much more beautiful in person. The amazing decor, the beautiful amenities, all of the lighting and her very proactive responsiveness made us feel right at home. She even had a card, flowers, and chocolate ready for my girlfriend since we came to visit for her birthday! I truly can't thank her enough and will definitely be back. Book with Melissa and I guarantee a stay to write home about!
