Service Description

Zone up to 1000 sq. ft. • Custom design consultation • 300–400 flickering flameless candles — pillars, taper & votives •3,000 rose petals (real or silk) • Four dozen roses or two custom floral arrangements • Custom tablescape & bespoke accent décor • Personalized curated music playlist looped on speakers • Ice buck0et & wine or champagne glasses provided • Bistro table & chairs, side table, and other decor elements available • 2–3 hour setup • Retrieval of candles and decor arranged up to 24 hours later at your convenience

Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking date and hold your time slot. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your setup. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations made more than seven days before your booking date. Cancellations within seven days are non-refundable, though we will do our best to reschedule at no additional charge when notice is given at least 72 hours in advance.
