Service Description
One zone, up to 400 sq. ft. (perfect for hotel room, small courtyard, small patio or terrace, lakeside, etc.) • 100–150 flickering flameless candles — pillar, taper & votive mix • 1,000 rose petals (real or silk) • One dozen real roses • Ice bucket & champagne or wine glasses provided • Personalized logistics plan • 1–2 hour setup •Retrieval of candles and decor arranged 4–12 hours later
Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking date and hold your time slot. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your setup. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal. Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations made more than seven days before your booking date. Cancellations within seven days are non-refundable, though we will do our best to reschedule at no additional charge when notice is given at least 72 hours in advance.
